GM Pushing Auto Loan Deals

General Motors has been the auto industry’s top seller across the world for more than seven decades. The company offers many of the cars that people love, and are known as a standard in the automobile industry. Now, they are looking to increase their sales even more by offering auto loan deals for their consumers.

GM has announced that they are offering no-interest car loans for as long as five years – which is pretty much unheard of in the industry. Many times they will offer it for a year or two on an auto loan, but five years for no interest financing is way ahead of the rest of the pack.

The company is using the no interest car loan incentive to try and clear some of their 2006 models off of the showroom floors. They will be releasing their 2007 models soon, and they say that too many of their dealerships are still holding older models.

They think that by offering such a sweet auto loan package that many customers will think twice about putting off that auto loan purchase. This will enable them to get rid of older inventory, and it will boost their sales for the year. They are planning on running the auto loan incentive through the end of the month.
