Auto Insurance Companies Excited by MVTRAC
The fact of the matter is that you pay
more for auto insurance if you live in a
high crime area. If the auto insurance
company thinks that your car is going to
be stolen, and that you live in an area
where this is commonplace, they are
going to charge you more to insure that
car. They say that as the likelihood of
it being stolen is pretty good, they
have to make sure that they don’t cover
your car with auto insurance only to see
it stole and their company be out a lot
of money.
But there is a new branding strategy out
there that the auto insurance companies
are getting excited about. The new
organization will be called MVTRAC and
it will align City Auto Recovery
Services, International Intelligence
Agency, and MVTrac. The new organization
will continue giving their intelligence
to the law enforcement agencies, but it
will increase what they are able to do
so that if your car is stolen you have a
better chance of getting it back.
This means that auto insurance companies
will be able to breathe easier knowing
that there is a good chance that those
cars that they are insuring will be
found again if they are lost. The new
system will recover stolen property,
delinquent collateral, detect fraud and
identity theft, and will deter criminal
activity as it pertains to auto
insurance issues
They said that their model is “crafted
specifically” to help auto insurance
companies get back their cars, and the
same goes for those that have auto loans
against them. For those people who
default on their auto loan, it will make
it easier for the finance companies to
repossess them from their delinquent
owners. Both auto insurance and finance
companies say that this could be exactly
what they have been looking for.
