Auto
Insurance Agent Accused of Fraud
Pollyanna Johnson is a
wanted woman, and not in a good way.
Johnson is accused of three counts of auto
insurance fraud, as she has allegedly been
pocketing premiums. Johnson is the
co-owner of the Action Auto Insurance
Agency in Columbus, and it seems that
roughly $200,000 is missing from auto
insurance policies.
Johnson, 38, has seemingly committed auto
insurance fraud on her own, and the other
people in the agency did not seem to have
anything to do with it. She has seemingly
taken money that was earmarked for three
separate auto insurance policies and lined
her pockets with it instead.
One of the victims owns a taxi cab company
and was not aware that he did not have car
insurance until one of his drivers was
involved in an accident. The other driver
did not have car insurance, and the victim
thought he did. However, upon closer
review it turns out that he did not have
auto insurance either. He tried to speak
with Johnson about it, but Johnson is no
where to be found.
He complained to the Georgia Insurance
Commissioner John Oxendine about it, and
discovered that he is not the first one
taken by Johnson. They are currently
trying to find her, and are unable to. The
victim said that he was lucky that the
accident was the other person’s fault, for
he could have lost everything had it been
his.
