Need an Auto Loan?

There is an easy way to get approval on your next auto loan – you just have to know where to look and how to get it wherever you are. Firstly, if you have perfect credit then you don’t have to worry about getting an auto loan at all – bankers are throwing money at people like you. However, for the rest of the population it isn’t quite as easy.
 
The auto loan industry is worried that if they give out car loans to the wrong people that they will end up with even more unpaid auto loan debt. However, what kind of car – used or new – has as much to do with the auto loan process as the amount of money that you are looking for.
 
Auto loan rates are lower for new cars than they are for used cars. They assume that you are not going to keep the used car and that there are potentially more people that are not going to keep that second car as long as they keep their first. There is also a much higher mark up on new cars so they really want you to buy new.
 
But you can go several places to get an auto loan. You can go to a credit union that you might have a relationship with, you can go directly to a bank, or you can go to the auto dealership itself. The dealership is usually the easiest way of doing it as the have all of the means at their disposal to get you the car loan. You can go in, get your car, get your auto loan, get your keys and get the heck out of there.
 
But one thing we like about personal financing for a private auto loan or one through your credit union is that you go in there with a specific amount of money and if the dealership wants your business they will show you cars for that amount of money – nothing more.
